Check-OUT info

  • Check-out time is 11am.

    But we HIGHLY recommend checking out before 11am, as there may be heavier traffic.

    If you need to check out a bit later, please let us know beforehand.

    If there are guests arriving the day of your check-out, it may be difficult due to cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.

    • Before your departure, we would appreciate if you would take care of the following:

    • Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.

    • Empty all the trash and place into the container outside.

    • DO NOT load the dishwasher.

      • Please HAND WASH all flatware and knives (especially anything gold, as the dishwasher will strip the color, and we want to keep things looking pretty!).

      • If you don’t have time to do dishes, we kindly ask that you rinse off any food or residue and leave in the sink. THANK YOU!

    • Set thermostat to 74°F (spring/summer) and 70°F (fall/winter) .

    • Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.

    • Turn off all lights.

    • Make sure you didn’t leave anything behind!

      • If you do happen to lose an item or forget something, please let us know. We will safely hold any lost items for up to 72hr.
